SEA of NC Statewide "Lunch & Learn"
Bolted HSS Connections, presented by Atlas Tube
Most people assume you can only connect HSS members to other HSS members through welding. While welding is an excellent and common method of connecting HSS together, field welding can be more costly and challenging. This presentation will introduce several types of connection details that utilize bolts to accomplish field connections for HSS members. These connections will include bracing, shear and moment connections. (1) PDH available for this program.
